What documents are required for the Sand Hill School application?

For Grades 1–8 applicants:

  • Application Form: Submit the inquiry form first. Then complete the full application provided by the admissions team.

  • Parent/Guardian Questionnaire: Provides insight into the student’s learning style, strengths, and needs.

  • Current Academic Records: Copies of report cards or progress reports from the current and previous school year.

  • Teacher Evaluation Form(s): Completed by the student’s current or most recent teacher, offering a professional perspective on academic skills, behavior, and social development.

  • Any Psychoeducational Evaluations or Testing Reports (if available): While not required for all applicants, families are encouraged to submit any existing evaluations (such as educational testing for learning differences, ADHD, or related diagnoses).

  • Student Visit: Students are invited to participate in a classroom visit day as part of the assessment process (this is not a document, but it is required).

Important Notes:

  • Standardized test scores (like SSAT or ISEE) are not required.

If your child has an IEP or 504 Plan, those documents should also be submitted.
