When will I find out if my child was accepted to SCDS?

Seattle Country Day School sends out admissions decisions via email in early March. Families will receive one of three outcomes: acceptance, waitlist, or denial. If your child is accepted, you must confirm their spot by submitting an enrollment contract and deposit by early April. If they’re waitlisted, it means the school may offer them a spot later if space becomes available. If your child isn’t accepted, don’t be discouraged—many other great school options exist. If waitlisted, you can contact the admissions office for guidance on your next steps. No matter the decision, staying positive and keeping an open mind will help you find the right school fit for your child.
