How can I join the Galactica Astronomy Club at Hoosac School?

Joining the Galactica Astronomy Club is easier than finding the North Star! Just keep an eye out for club sign-ups at the beginning of the school year (it’s usually a pretty big deal!), or just swing by any meeting and say “Greetings, Earthlings!” Seriously, that’s it. No secret handshake, no pop quiz on the phases of the moon, and definitely no need to bring your own Hubble telescope. They’ve got all the cool gadgets you’ll need, and there’s always a friendly face ready to show you the ropes if you’re new to the cosmic scene.

If you’ve ever looked up and wondered what else is out there, this is your official invitation to find out. Plus, being part of Galactica looks pretty impressive on those college applications and helps you build some seriously cool skills in science, leadership (ever tried pointing out a nebula to a crowd?), and teamwork (because even stargazers need a buddy to carry the telescope!).
