Are there leadership opportunities at Sand Hill School?

Oh yes, leadership isn’t saved for the loudest voice or the kid with a clipboard. At Sand Hill, leadership is about action, not title. First graders lead games. Fifth graders guide peers. Everyone gets a chance to plan, problem-solve, and pitch in. It’s less “follow the leader,” more “be the leader you needed.” Got a creative idea? Run with it. Want to help others? Even better. We believe in quiet leaders, kind leaders, goofy leaders (basically, the whole leadership rainbow). And of course, when kids are trusted to lead, they usually rise up and run with it (sometimes literally).
