What are the wellness requirements at Stanford Online High School?

At Stanford OHS, wellness is not some side dish you can skip. It is baked right into the main course. Students complete four semesters of wellness courses, kicking off with two semesters of Wellness I in their first full-time year, then leveling up with two semesters of Wellness II the next year. These classes are all about mastering the real-life stuff like emotional smarts, time management, physical well-being, and finding your place in the community. To check off the Health requirement, students get to pick between diving into “Unity & Diversity of Biological Systems” or tackling a directed-study “Health” course. It is all designed to help students not just survive school but crush it with confidence, balance, and a whole lot of heart.
