What documents are required for the Girls’ Middle School application?

All Grades (6th, 7th, and 8th)

The following are required for every applicant, regardless of grade:

  • Student Application (submitted through Ravenna)
  • Parent/Guardian Statement
  • Student Short Answer Responses
  • Current School Transcript (including current and previous year academic records)
  • English Teacher Recommendation
  • Math Teacher Recommendation
  • Administrative Recommendation (Principal, Dean, or Counselor)
  • Student Visit and Interview
