What documents are required for the Pilgrim School application?

Pilgrim School requires several documents as part of the admissions process. While most requirements are consistent across grade levels, there are some slight differences:

Early Education (Preschool, Pre-K, Kindergarten)

  • Online application form (via Pilgrim’s admissions portal)
  • Parent/guardian interview
  • Teacher evaluation form (if applicable for Pre-K and Kindergarten)
  • Student visit or observation (in-person or virtual)
  • Birth certificate or passport copy
  • Immunization records

Lower School (Grades 1–5)

  • Online application form
  • Parent/guardian interview
  • Teacher recommendation (typically from current classroom teacher)
  • Academic records/transcripts (past 1–2 years if applicable)
  • Student visit and assessment (includes classroom observation and academic readiness)
  • Birth certificate or passport
  • Immunization records

Middle School (Grades 6–8)

  • Student interview (virtual or in-person)
  • Parent conversation (may be combined with student interview)
  • English teacher recommendation
  • Math teacher recommendation
