How do you support students from Swiss academic backgrounds like the Matura, IB, or French Bac?

We work with students from all over Switzerland, even with differing academic backgrounds or curricula. U.S. admissions officers aren’t always familiar with these systems, which is why our job is to translate and contextualize each student’s academic profile in a way that makes sense across the Atlantic. We advise students on course selection, highlight academic rigor, and help write recommendations and school profiles that align with U.S. expectations.

For Matura students, we explain how subject specializations demonstrate readiness for specific U.S. majors. For IB students, we showcase HL coursework, predicted grades, and the Extended Essay. If your child attends Le Rosey, Zurich International School, Collège du Léman, or a local gymnasium, we’ve worked with students just like them. No matter the background, our goal is the same: to help your child build a cohesive, compelling application that highlights both academic excellence and individual character.
