Pinewood School is not a boarding school; thus, the school does not provide housing facilities for students and does not help in finding one. Another agreement that must be upheld in planning to go to Pinewood is that at least one parent should be living with the student within the Los Altos Area. This is to ensure the well-being and safety of the students and make sure that, aside from school, they are given proper care and attention. All of these are non-negotiable.

Yes, Pinewood does accept International Students. The school accepts international students in the 9th grade with the expectation that they will proceed and complete their 4 year high school program. Another requirement to be accepted as an international student is fluency in English. With all that, it is still important to keep in mind that the slots will still be limited, and no matter the case, its admissions process will be very competitive, so you have to make sure to always put your best foot forward and do your best.
