The UC Housing Crisis is something that is affecting more and more students. Just last year, over 10,000 students dealt with some housing insecurity and in some cases food insecurity. This has led to increased stress, poorer performance in classes, and a myriad of mental health issues. If you were affected by this in any way, we want to help. We are Cardinal Education, an educational consultancy that provides tutoring and admissions services to our families.
Understandably, it may be daunting to take on a part-time job while in school. What we provide for our part-time tutors is flexibility. Our tutors have the liberty to schedule around their availability, so they can focus on the things that matter most to them. In addition to flexibility, we offer a starting rate of $32 per hour to applicants for remote sessions. Most part-time jobs for college students will not provide the flexibility and rate we offer. This additional source of income can be used to buy books, pay for housing, or to treat yourself! We are a company that focuses on success for our clients and staff; this is only possible if they are stable. We would love to be the providers of that stability for students who need it.
