What’s less well understood is just how large the applicant pool actually is: Horace Mann is one of the ten largest independent day schools in the country, and that scale means strong grades and ISEE scores alone rarely separate one candidate from another at the most competitive entry points.

Horace Mann’s Upper Division has an official Asian American student affinity club with real, ongoing programming — weekly meetings plus annual events including an orientation for new members and Asia Night.
