Which school is right for me?

With thousands of private schools and colleges dotted all over the country, the choice of picking schools for yourself can be quite daunting. While rankings and good academic rigor are always important things to consider, there are multiple factors in play that determine the best private schools or the best colleges and whether they are the right fit for you. Do they focus on classes that will be beneficial for a student’s aspirations? Do they provide a STEM-heavy or Liberal Arts-heavy curriculum? Are they predominantly mono-cultural or are they diverse? These are just a few of the questions you have to ask as a parent considering a private school for your child, or as a high schooler looking at colleges. While students may try to aim for schools that are prestigious, but will be a bad fit, we make it our responsibility and our guiding principle to be honest with our assessments of who students are and what their potential is and give our honest advice.
