Monte Vista Christian School is an independent, college preparatory, day and boarding school for students from 7th to 12th grade. The spacious campus holds ponds, playing fields, equestrian facilities, and over 25 buildings where students are able to participate in numerous physical activities, experience discovery learning, and maintain their overall well-being. Other facilities include the Academic Research Center with fully-equipped chemistry and biology laboratories; a gymnasium complex with a large weight/exercise facility, pool, and spa; and specialized buildings such as a middle school complex, art laboratory, tack room, and horse barns, music building, and two residence halls for the boarding students. Students’ learning experience is furthered by the IB curriculum, the Arts (Instrumental, Theatre, Visual, and Vocal Arts), various electives and extracurriculars, and a wide range of athletic programs.
