Should I apply early?

It depends on how strong and competitive you are as an applicant. Do you have a high GPA? Are your SAT / ACT scores impressive? Do you have strong letters of recommendation from your current high school? Do you have a rigorous course load? Do you have high AP scores? Is your personal statement compelling and well written? If your answer to all those questions is yes, then go ahead and apply early. Otherwise, you will benefit more to spend more time and effort improving your credentials and just applying for Regular Decision.
