Archbishop Mitty has more than 50 active clubs and programs for the 2026–27 school year, meeting before, during, or after school. Highlights include the Math Team, Robotics, and Computer Science Club; cultural groups like the Black Student Union, Latinx Student Union, and Vietnamese Student Union; and service clubs like Bringing Joy and Interact. How Clubs Work at Mitty
Mitty’s more than 50 active clubs are designed to help students with shared interests build community. A few ground rules shape them: clubs don’t pull students out of class for events, fundraising isn’t allowed, and club travel involving overnight stays isn’t permitted. Students who don’t find a fit can propose a new club each spring by recruiting a moderator, enlisting members, and getting approval from the Director of Student Activities.

Cultural and Inclusive Clubs
Mitty’s cultural clubs welcome all students. The Black Student Union celebrates Black identity and culture, and the Latinx Student Union offers social, spiritual, and academic support. Asian heritage clubs include the Chinese Culture Club, Korean Student Association, Filipinx American Student Union, Vietnamese Student Union, and South Asian Student Association. The Multicultural Dance Club spans Folklórico, Bollywood, K-Pop, and more, and the Jewish Student Association, Eastern European Culture Club, and American Sign Language Club round out the list.
Service Clubs
Service runs deep at a Catholic school like Mitty. Bringing Joy visits senior homes and convalescent hospitals, Interact completes community service and international goodwill projects, Cards from Cali writes encouraging cards for young cancer patients, and Green Team works on environmental action. Campus Ministry adds retreats, service, and immersion trips.
Signature Events and School Spirit
