Both the Early Action and Early Decision programs require students to finalize their applications in November, typically on or before November 15. ED applicants usually receive notification by mid-December while EA applicants receive the admission decision by mid-December.

An applicant who does not make the cut for Early Decision is deferred or reconsidered during the regular admission period and is free to apply to other schools. A student may also apply to other schools that offer ED II where the deadline falls on mid-January and admissions decisions are typically rendered in early-to-mid February.
