The Potomac School is a private, independent, co-educational day school located in McLean, Virginia, serving students from Kindergarten through grade 12. Set on a 90-acre campus in the Washington, DC metro region, Potomac has educated students for more than 100 years and is rooted in its core values of courage, humility, integrity, respect, and perseverance. The school combines a rigorous academic program with strength of character, offering a balanced experience that integrates academics, athletics, and the arts to prepare students to lead lives of purpose, achievement, and generosity of spirit. The admissions process is managed through Ravenna and includes a parent statement, teacher recommendations, a student questionnaire, transcripts, and required admission testing.
