International students are welcome to apply as long as they do not require I-20 Visa and ESL classes. They are required to complete the admission requirements and follow the same timeline as local applicants.

Crystal is currently ranked #5 in California’s best private high schools. According to Niche, Crystal Springs Uplands School placed #16 among the best private high schools in the entire country.

Crystal has an acceptance rate of 22%. Typically, five to six candidates are accepted for each opening, although it fluctuates from year to year. More than half of the school’s student body identifies as students of color, and 5% are first-generation college students.

Children of employees, alumni, and siblings are not guaranteed admission. Just like other applicants, they must exhibit traits that will increase their chance of academic and social success at Crystal.
