Can parents stay on campus during the Shadow Day at Palo Alto Prep?

Think of it as your child’s inaugural (and hopefully not too dramatic) foray into the independent world of Palo Alto Prep. While the urge to chaperone might be strong (we get it, they’re precious cargo!), Shadow Day is their chance to navigate the hallways and interact with the student body without the “my parents are watching” filter. The school has a fantastic support crew – friendly student ambassadors and welcoming staff – ready to be their guides for the day. So, take this as a golden opportunity for a parental power-up: enjoy a leisurely coffee, tackle that ever-growing to-do list, or maybe even indulge in a silent disco in your car. They’ll be brimming with stories (and hopefully good feedback!) when you reunite.
