Part-Time Positions
Whom We Seek
Cardinal Education seeks professional, personable, and well-qualified tutors that can teach subjects with mastery and eloquence. Because we have such a talented applicant pool, we select those that stand out above the rest: individuals who have succeeded in their academic endeavors, extracurricular activities, volunteer efforts, and professional work. We are currently hiring part-time Mentor-Tutors and Test Prep Tutors in the San Francisco Peninsula. Applicants are evaluated on their educational background, professionalism, subject knowledge, and experience.
What You Will Do:
You will establish lasting relationships with students and have a positive effect on their lives. You are trusted to guide students on their journey to improve grades and score while helping them to become well-rounded students. By way of one-on-one tutoring sessions, you will guide students to increased self-confidence through academic performance.
Requirements
* Have completed at least one year at an elite 4-year university
* Able to teach subjects with mastery.
* Have a valid US driver’s license, insurance, and personal car and willing to commute to students’ home
* Be a US citizen, permanent resident, or have a working visa that does not require sponsorship.
* Preference for individuals with prior tutoring, teaching, or work experience with references
* Available to work a minimum 4 hours per week

Non-Profit Tutoring
